Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Loyd Johnson Holdings, LLC ("we") handles through NexusOS and why. It covers visitors to this website, people who use the platform, and the account contacts of our customers.
Two roles
For the information a customer puts into its own NexusOS account (its contacts, employees, invoices and so on), the customer decides what is collected and why, and we process it on the customer's behalf. For information about our website visitors and our customers' account administrators, we decide, and this policy applies.
What we collect
- Account information: name, work email address, role, and the organization you belong to.
- Billing information: billing contact and subscription details. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Usage and security records: sign-in events, audit-log entries, and technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) used to run and protect the Service.
- Messages to us: what you send when you email us for a demo or support.
This website uses no advertising or analytics trackers and sets no cookies of its own.
How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, to bill you, to support you, to meet legal obligations, and to tell account administrators about important changes. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run NexusOS, under agreements that limit their use of it: Microsoft Azure (hosting, databases, email delivery and sign-in through Microsoft Entra) and Stripe (payments). We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Where it is stored and how it is protected
Customer data is hosted on Microsoft Azure. Each customer's records are stored in databases dedicated to that customer, access is controlled by roles you manage, and sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for least access.
Retention
We keep information while an account is active and for as long as needed afterward for legal, tax and security purposes. Customer Data is deleted after an account ends as described in the Terms of Service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to export it. If your information is in a customer's account, we will direct the request to that customer, who controls it. Email hello@steadytechit.com; we respond within 30 days.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date above. For material changes we will notify account administrators.
